I was recently accepted into a juried exhibition at a gallery in Pittsburgh – Box Heart Gallery on Liberty Ave. The exhibition (The 9th Annual Art Inter/National Invitational) will run from January 5 through January 30.
Here are the two paintings of mine that will be exhibited:

I installed my first solo exhibition of encaustic paintings at the Art Lounge in the Union on the 2nd, and it will be up until Oct. 30. Below are pictures from the exhibition (sorry for the poor quality), but high resolution photos of the paintings themselves are in my portfolio gallery here.

The last few weeks I’ve been working on a new encaustic series based on knots, temporarily titled the rather unimaginative “Knot Series” until I can come up with something better.
